Alert Workflow Steps
From enabling alerts to acknowledgement and history review.
01 Enable Alerts
Open the app and tap Enable Alert to turn on alert capability.
02 Allow Permissions
Allow standard notifications and Critical Alerts when prompted by the system.
03 Receive & Control
Receive alerts, pause them for 1, 3 or 8 hours, or resume Critical Alerts.
04 Acknowledge & Review
Tap Acknowledge in the app and review records in Alert History.
Alert Severity Summary
Use Total, High, Medium and Low to review recent alert distribution.
Total
Summary of all triggered alerts to provide a global overview.
High
High-priority risks and urgent events requiring immediate action.
Medium
Moderate anomalies and service degradations for prompt review.
Low
Routine status updates and low-priority alerts for reference.
Alert History Archiving
All triggered and acknowledged alerts are automatically archived in Alert History for subsequent review and tracking.
Alert Notice
Critical Alerts require system permission to remain enabled. During pause periods, critical reminders may not be delivered immediately.
